Trustmark Voluntary Benefits' success is built on hiring top-notch industry professionals, which is why we are excited to welcome Josh Police to our respected team of sales representatives at Trustmark. Josh will serve as our Regional Sales Manager for the New England region.
Josh is a Massachusetts native and earned his bachelor's degree in History from Bowdoin. He joins us after an outstanding 18-year career with Boston Mutual, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Distribution. His leadership experience, distribution expertise, and deep understanding of the voluntary benefits marketplace will help strengthen our ability to support brokers, clients, and our sales organization.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending with his wife, Betsy, and their three children (and two golden retrievers). If he's not reading history book or preparing Sunday dinners for his family, you will likely find him cheering on his children at their football and baseball games.
Josh comes to the team eager to communicate with brokers and enrollment partners and tell the story of Trustmark’s solutions. We are excited to welcome him to the Trustmark family!
