Back to Back! Trustmark Once Again Honored by Crain’s

Trustmark and its associates ran it back.

For the second consecutive year, Trustmark earned recognition from Crain’s Chicago Business in the publication’s Best Places to Work list.

The award is based on results from an employer assessment and an anonymous survey issued to Chicago-area associates. Crain’s created the survey criteria and award in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

In the Crain’s survey, Trustmark generated high engagement and favorability in all categories. The best performing areas were:

Ninety-five percent of associates said they:

• Believe their manager is mindful in dealing with personal needs
