Trustmark Voluntary Benefits' success is built on hiring top-notch industry professionals, which is why we are excited to welcome Justin Carlisle to our respected team of sales representatives at Trustmark. Justin will serve as our Regional Sales Director for the South Texas territory. 
 

Justin is a native Texan and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. Having begun his career in the insurance industry before he graduated, Justin brings more than 12 years of experience with Gallagher — including the past 9 years focused specifically on the voluntary benefits space. His background includes partnering with brokers and employers to develop effective benefit strategies and drive growth across the market.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons. He is actively involved in coaching his children’s baseball teams and spends much of his free time outdoors hunting, fishing, and with his family.

Justin comes to the team eager to communicate with brokers and enrollment partners and tell the story of Trustmark’s solutions. We are excited to welcome him to the Trustmark family!
