Please join us in welcoming Jay Neidecker to the Trustmark Benefits sales team. Jay will be responsible for developing broker and enrollment firm relationships in the Southwest region, including Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
Jay graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2010 and received his MBA from Arizona State University in 2016. Post college, Jay began his career as a group sales rep for Guardian and, in 2017, joined Reliance Standard as a large market representative.
In 2020, Jay expanded his career into the tech side of the insurance business with Selerix. While at Selerix, he developed broker and direct business in a large territory spanning from Texas to the West Coast and, most recently, was promoted to a producing management role. As such, Jay brings a keen understanding of the products and technology needed to compete effectively in the voluntary benefits space.
Outside of work, Jay is married and enjoys golf and the outdoors in his spare time. We are excited to have him and excited for him to deliver best-in-class voluntary solutions for our partners and clients!
