COVID-19 FAQs for Policy Owners
- Provided at least a 90-day premium grace period for all policy owners at the start of the pandemic, and Trustmark is now working to ensure adequate notices are sent to policy owners who are in danger of lapsing and offering the opportunity to pay the necessary premium.
- Providing an easy reinstatement option if you have been furloughed or temporarily laid off and request reinstatement before July 1, 2021.
- Providing an additional one-time $250 Jump-Start benefit if you can’t work due to contracting COVID-19 and qualify for disability benefits before July 1, 2021.
