Get a Flu Shot - No voucher needed!
Through April 30, 2024, flu shots for covered employees and their dependents received via the CVS caremark retail pharmacy network will be paid in full at the pharmacy counter.
This convenience is available to members of all employer-sponsored, self-funded health benefit plans administered by Star Marketing and Administration, Inc., except for the standard Trustmark Preventive PlusSM plan design.

- Via the pharmacy network or an in-network provider, the vaccine is available at no additional cost to covered employees and their dependents.
- Employees covered by a plan without a PPO network can go to any provider in the U.S. and get a flu shot at no additional cost.
