Your New Plan Year

Thirty days prior to your New Plan Year, you can review your New Plan Year Offer and other important documents online via the Document Center.

You already have received a link to a participation form, which allowed you to verify the total number of covered employees and update employee information, such as email and physical addresses. You could also add any missing Social Security numbers on the form.

More Convenience for Your Employees

Encourage your covered employees to register at TrustmarkSB.com/login for access to information that will help them become more savvy healthcare consumers and help make plan administration easier for you. Your employees will enjoy greater convenience and reduce their carbon footprint when they elect to shut off paper documents and EOBs. We'll email them a notification when new documents become available online. 

The member portal also provides access to:
  • Digital ID card(s) 
  • A summary of health benefits 
  • Information on wellness and cost-saving programs
  • Claims and EOBs
  • Health benefit plan documents

Employer Self-Service Options

Use Manage My Group for self-service opportunities, including:
  • Update employee and dependent information
  • View and/or order ID cards
  • Update your business email and mailing address
